Adam was robbed of her jewelries inside her bedroom in her house last August 16, while Sumaoang of his cellphone also inside of his own house yesterday.
The 3 kids, who all also live in Barangay Samput, were nabbed when they robbed Sumaoang whose house is just next to Adam’s.
Upon being accosted, Juan, Pedro and Jose admitted of stealing Adam’s jewelries inside her own bedroom in August 16, around 2PM.
The 11 year-old Juan, the youngest of the 3 “thieves”, is a relative of the siblings Adam and Sumaoang.

Another necklace worth P22,500 was retrieved from an unnamed “buyer” who bought the item for only P1,000.
Mendoza revealed that the 3 Children in Conflict with Law (CICL) were charged before the Tarlac Provincial Prosecutors Office but, instead of being imprisoned, they were turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development officer of this town.
Sumaong’s cellphone was also regained from the 3 kids.
“Nakapanghihinayang ang mga suspects, ka babata pa nila pero nagnanakaw na. Mukhang ang mga magulang nila ang dapat sisihin sa nagawa nila”, said Mendoza.
